About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React, Go, and AWS to join our growing engineering team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for early-career developers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and eager to work across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Go (backend).
  2. Build, test, and deploy microservices and APIs, ensuring high availability and performance.
  3. Work on AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS) for hosting, deployment, and monitoring.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  5. Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and follow best practices in development.
  6. Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
  7. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  2. Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component-based architecture).
  3. Strong backend development skills in Go (Golang), including concurrency, REST APIs, and microservices.
  4. Experience working with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
  5. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
  6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes – nice to have).
  7. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
