At Oneture we are looking for people like you, you'll be a part of a growing team; you will work in small, multi-disciplinary, fast-moving teams that co-build new digital products, services, and experiences based on innovative ideas. You will play a critical role in building solutions from scratch, iterating quickly, and getting them client/market-ready.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain the Lead Management System, ensuring high throughput, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Implement and optimize Kafka for real-time messaging and data processing.
  • Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and SQL Server, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Leverage AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS) for building scalable cloud-based solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data and traffic.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the system remains at the forefront of innovation.


Education : Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institute.


Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency with Kafka for real-time messaging and stream processing.
  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, etc.) and cloud architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and high-throughput systems.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
