About the Role

With 8 to 10 years of experience as a Client Delivery – Engineering Manager, you will leverage your extensive background in designing and delivering technology solutions for Enterprise clients. Your expertise includes high-performance computing, cloud-native applications, real- time data, and web and mobile applications. Additionally, you bring a strong foundation in Solution Architecting, with at least 4 to 5 years dedicated to crafting and implementing advanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining strong relationships with CxO clients.
  • Understand client needs and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Drive client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to Oneture's reputation for excellence in the financial services sector.


Qualifications

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field from Tier I or II institutions.
  • Experience in a born-in-cloud, mid-size IT services company is preferred.
  • Experience in capital markets, stock broking, mutual funds, stock exchanges, or investment banking is a major plus.


Required Skills

  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Node, Go Lang, Java, Python, .NET, or similar for backend development.
  • Expertise in high-performance computing and optimization, including network-level packet sniffing, turnaround time, data compression, and technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, Redis, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, system design, and DevOps.
  • Proven expertise with AWS services, particularly in architecting and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems/platforms.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional/Specialty) are advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
