IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer

About the Role
Oneture Technologies is looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to
manage day-to-day IT operations, employee IT support, hardware and software, networking,
user access, infrastructure, and IT security practices. The engineer will be responsible for
maintaining a reliable, secure, and well-documented IT environment while supporting
employees and coordinating with external vendors.

Mandatory Requirements
1. IT Infrastructure & User Support
● Hands-on experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, operating
systems, and business applications.
● Experience with Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting.
● Ability to handle employee onboarding, offboarding, laptop setup, software installation,
and IT access requirements.
● Experience managing IT tickets, incidents, and user support requests.
● Ability to maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.
2. Hardware & Software Management
● Experience managing company laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and
other IT assets.
● Maintain hardware inventory, asset allocation, warranty, and lifecycle records.
● Manage software installation, licensing, updates, and access.
● Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, purchases, and vendor support.
● Ensure company devices are properly configured and maintained.
3. Networking & Infrastructure
● Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic routing.
● Hands-on troubleshooting of internet, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
● Basic understanding of firewalls, switches, routers, and network security.
● Experience managing or supporting servers and internal infrastructure.
● Coordinate with ISPs and infrastructure vendors for connectivity and service issues.

4. User Access & Security
● Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, MFA, and access requests.
● Experience with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and Active Directory or equivalent
identity platforms.
● Follow access-control and least-privilege practices.
● Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, system updates, and security configurations.
● Maintain proper records of user access and company IT assets.
5. IT Operations & Documentation
● Maintain IT asset registers, software inventories, user access records, and infrastructure
documentation.
● Maintain backup procedures and periodically verify backup availability.
● Monitor critical IT systems and infrastructure.
● Maintain incident records and document recurring issues and their resolutions.
● Support internal reviews, audits, and IT-related compliance requirements.

Good to Have
● Basic AWS knowledge.
● Knowledge of endpoint management / MDM solutions.
● Experience with IT ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
● Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
● Experience coordinating with hardware, software, ISP, CCTV, access-control, and other
IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, software, networking,
and other services.
● Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and incident records.
● Support infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
● Assist management with IT procurement, budgeting, and technology requirements.
