We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in handling large
datasets and creating impactful visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding
of Tableau's functionalities and a keen eye for design, ensuring that data is not only represented
accurately but also in an engaging and insightful manner. Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
● Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports, translating complex data into
actionable insights.
● Work with large datasets to perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
processes as needed.
● Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and
translate them into technical specifications.
● Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on performance and usability.
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all visualizations.
● Provide technical expertise in data analysis, report creation, and problem resolution.
● Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve the
quality of outputs.
● Work in a customer environment, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to specific
business needs.
Required Technical Skills
● 2-5 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
● Strong proficiency in Tableau, with hands-on experience handling large datasets.
● Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
● Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Knowledge of the retail industry is a significant advantage.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical
stakeholders.
